A round African headdress made of woven fabric and beadwork made in the 1960s. The headdress is worn by married women in the Mkhizwane Clan of South Africa. The round base of the headdress is made with woven black and red yarn and the top and sides of the headress are decorated with bands of detailed beadwork.
