A painted clay pot with stairstep edges and a lizard in the bottom center of the bowl. The painted lizard is painted in brown and white and its head sticks out of the bottom of the pot. The stairstep edges of the pot represent the clouds and the sky and the small painted tadpoles represent rain and water. A small painted owl figure is molded into one side of the inner pot. This owl figure may represent wisdom and protection of the home.
