This is a Hopi Hilili Kachina, a guard kachina who is mainly seen holding Yucca whips. The Hilili Kachina is also part of the Zuni, Acoma and Laguna Pueblo Kachina tradition. To the Hopi, he is a popular guard at the kachina ceremonies due to his rapid dancing style.
