This is a topsy turvey doll or double-ended doll, typically featuring two opposing characters. They are traditionally American cloth folk dolls which fuse a white girl child with a black girl child at the hips. In this doll, both sides of the doll have black girls with brightly colored floral dresses. The exact origin of this doll is unknown but resembles other topsy turvy dolls from Jamaica and Barbados.
