Description

This candle holder was made by Elfego Vasquez Piedra, a ceramic artist from Izucar de Matamoros, Puebla, Mexico. Adorned with beautifully painted and sculpted birds, flowers and butterflies, it is a wonderful example of the skilled pottery of Piedra and representative of the elaborate sculptural ceramic trees of life and candelabras of Izucar de Matamoros.
