Exhibit Description

Harriet Joan Ehrlich was a civil rights advocate and director of the Houston and San Francisco offices of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ehrlich was an avid collector of folk art and collected folk art from around the United States and the world. Her collection embodies her interest in collecting art from and befriending less well known but highly respected artists.
